(1) Sukirti Medal can be awarded to Nepali citizens who contribute to the pride and prestige of the country by setting records in any field of national life.
(2) The design, shape and plaque of the medal as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Three Schedule-7.
